Adding Interactive Elements (HTML5) to Your Content in Authoring Studio
Adding interactive elements to your document makes it more
engaging. The Insert Interactive Element feature lets you add things like
interactive forms and quizzes easily.
Inserting an Interactive Element
- Place your
cursor where you want the interactive element in your text.
- Click the Insert
Interactive Element (HTML5) icon in the editing toolbar to start.
- An Insert
Interactive Element modal will open with different options to set up
your interactive element.
- Choose File: Use this to pick a file from your
computer that has interactive content. You have three display options:
- Inline: puts the element right where
your cursor is in the text.
- Modal: Shows an icon first instead of
the element. Useful for saving data or offering optional content.
- Placeholder: puts a placeholder in the
document. The actual content shows up when you publish, helping with
layout and timing.
- Insert: After setting it up, click
Insert to add the interactive element to your document.
