Managing invoices is an important aspect of
running an efficient and organized operation. In the Admin Console, you have
access to a suite of tools designed to streamline the process and provide
valuable insights.
Access to the Invoices
Locate and click on the Invoices tab.
Different Sections of the Invoices Page
Dashboard
This section displays information about the
number of books and licenses included in your current plan.
Number of eBooks: The number of eBooks is shown, including the actual count
and percentage ceilings.
Monthly Book Licenses: Monthly book licenses are shown with associated license
percentage ceilings. These insights offer a clear understanding of your
financial metrics and help in making informed decisions.
Search
You can use the search option to help manage
your invoices. The tabs All, Paid, and Unpaid allow you to focus on specific payment statuses.
Choose from the following tabs:
All Tab: Displays all invoices.
Paid Tab: Filters invoices with a paid status.
Unpaid Tab: Filters invoices with an unpaid status.
Fine-tune your search using the following
criteria:
Start Date: Set the beginning date for the invoice search.
End Date: Set the end date for the invoice search.
Search Invoice Number: Enter a specific invoice number for targeted searching.
In the table, you will find comprehensive
details about each invoice for a clear overview.
Details include:
Number: The unique invoice identifier (e.g., 7B59A380-0001).
Cycle: Shows your billing cycle period (e.g., September 28,
2023–September 28, 2024).
Create Time: The date the invoice was generated (e.g., September 28,
2023).
Amount: This field represents the total monetary value or the
amount of money associated with each invoice. Invoices can be sorted based on the
amount. It is a practical feature that helps you organize and prioritize your
invoices by their financial significance.
Status: The payment status, which can be "paid" or
"unpaid."
View Icon: Use this icon to view or download the invoice for
detailed information.
Rows Per Page: Customize the number of rows displayed per page for ease
of access.
