How to Manage Subscription Plans and Services

Admin Console: Subscription Management

This section serves as a resource for managers, enabling them to effectively manage their subscription plans and make informed decisions about their subscription services.

Your Plan

This field indicates the specific name of your subscription plan.



Cycle: Whether your subscription's billing is monthly or yearly,
Start Date: This date and time, for example, "2023-09-28 11:23:27," signifies the moment your subscription began, letting you track its duration and billing periods.


Options

The three-dot button provides choices to either access the Invoice page or cancel the subscription plan.


Invoices 

By selecting Invoices, you will be directed to the Invoice page, where you can conveniently view and manage your invoices. This feature simplifies tracking and handling your financial records.




Cancel Plan

This allows you to cancel your subscription plan.
Note: Keep in mind that any applicable taxes will be included.


Converting Monthly Plans to Annual

If you have a monthly plan, you can switch it to a yearly plan by clicking on this button. Please note that the prices displayed are tax-exclusive, so make sure to consider applicable taxes when making your selection.
Note: You cannot switch yearly plans to monthly plans.

Displaying all Plans

In Displaying All Plans, you have the opportunity to explore and compare various subscription plans. This feature enables you to view details of all available plans within your bookstore, including the number of titles, monthly licenses, and additional features. Your current plan is labeled Current Plan, while other plans with more features are marked "Upgrade to (plan name)". As the bookstore administrator, you can select your desired plan and upgrade your website accordingly.


Note: You can only upgrade your current plan, and downgrading is not an option.

Once the cancellation is processed, access to the plan's features and benefits will be available until the subscription's end date or the completion of the ongoing billing cycle. After this period, access to the plan's functionalities will cease.
