Publishing Panel: Users Management

Here, you have the ability to oversee and control all users registered on the platform. The table shows each user's order count and registration date. You have the option to deactivate users here as well.

Accessing Users

In the Publishing Panel, click on Members.



A submenu will appear. Click on Users. This will take you to the Users page.


Users Information Table

On the Users page, you will see the Users Information Table, which is a list displaying user data.

Show Items: You can choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 user entries at a time. This allows you to manage large sets of user data more effectively.

Search: Use the search feature to find specific users quickly.

User Information Columns: The table includes columns for the following information:



Username: displays user usernames.



Number of Orders: This shows the total number of orders each user has made.




Date: Indicates the registration date of each user.




Settings: In the settings column, you will find two options:


  1. Show: By clicking on this option, users' details like their full name, username, and email will be shown.

  1. Deactivation: This column allows you to deactivate user accounts if needed. Deactivation suspends a user's access or account privileges.

Deactivating a User

Deactivation may be used for various reasons, such as addressing policy violations or inactivity.
In the Publishing Panel, click on Members.



After selecting the Members option, a submenu will appear. From this submenu, click on Users. This will take you to the Users page.



Locate the user you wish to deactivate.
Click on the Deactivate option in the last column. You will receive a message confirming your action.




Activating a User

In the Publishing Panel, click on Members.



After selecting the Members option, a submenu will appear. From this submenu, click on Users. This will take you to the Users page.



Locate the user you wish to activate.
Click on the Activation option in the last column. You will receive a message confirming your action.




Note: If you can see the Activation option, it indicates that the user has previously been deactivated.
