How to Insert Images into Gallery

Utilizing Insert Gallery for Image Collections in Authoring Studio

Insert Gallery allows you to pick a set of images and present them in a visually appealing way inside the chapter you are editing.

1. Starting Out:

1. First, put your cursor where you want the gallery in your text.
2. In the editing toolbar, click the Insert Gallery icon to start.



3. An Insert Media window will then open for you to choose and set up your images.


Note: This is the same window you use to add a single media item to a chapter. But with Insert Gallery, you can pick multiple images to add at once.

2. Choosing Images:

1. Look through your images and click on the ones you want to add to your gallery. Selected images will have an orange border.


2. After picking your images, click Insert to add them.


By doing these steps, you'll add your chosen images as a gallery in your document.
