Uploading a Cover
1. Go to the Cover
Manager page in Chapter Editor and click Upload Cover to
start.
2. When uploading eBook
cover images, use JPEG, GIF, or PNG formats.
3. After uploading,
a box will pop up for you to add details like the title, creator's name,
and license information. You can also add notes for more context.
4. Click the Upload
button. Your image will then show up in the Cover Manager.
Managing Cover Images
- In the Cover
Manager, you can see and organize all your cover images.
- Hover over a
cover to see its details.
- A tick mark
shows if a cover is approved and ready for publishing or not.
- To edit details
like the title, creator's name, or license, click Edit Image Data on
the cover, make changes, and save.
- To see the
full-resolution image, click View Original Image under the
cover of your content.
- To delete a
cover, go to the Cover Manager, click Delete next to the image, and
confirm.

- Use the Approved,
Pending, and All tabs to manage and approve covers.
- The All tab shows
all covers, both approved and pending.
- The Approved tab
