Importing a DOCX File in Authoring Studio

Use the Import DOCX File feature to easily add content from DOCX files into your chapters, saving time and making your work process smoother.
1. Place your mouse where you want to add the DOCX file content in the chapter.



2. Go to the Insert Menu at the top left of the chapter editor.



3. Select Import DOCX File from the options.



4. Find and choose the DOCX file you want to import.



5. After the import, a message will confirm the successful transfer.


Note: Footnotes from the DOCX file might not import correctly and should be changed to endnotes before importing.
